asix on RAS Links
asix stations may cooperate not only within a local network, but also on WAN. As a media for communication one can use links served by RAS (Remote Access Service) system software, e.g. telecommunication lines or INTERNET. The RAS Client station shown
in the figure can cooperate with another station as if it was a part of local network. A key problem is the correct parameterization of operating system on RAS Client and Server and correct choice of parameters for ASLINK communication module.
